Summary

Jianmo (Jan-Moe) Yang, an architectural designer and LEED Accredited Professional, seamlessly integrates her expertise in both architecture and art. Originally from Tianjin, China, she embarked on her architectural journey in 2012 and earned her Master of Architecture Degree from UCLA in 2021.

Specializing in advanced 3D modeling, 3D visualization, and graphics, Jianmo brings a dynamic skill set to her work. Now based in Berkeley, California, she works directly with the lead architect and project manager at Marcy Wong Donn Logan Architects, assisting senior architects with multiple tasks. Over two years of professional practice, she has contributed to diverse projects, including mixed-use developments, ferry terminals, offices, and restaurants.

Jianmo's passion extends beyond design aesthetics; she is dedicated to enhancing living environments, promoting social equity, and advancing architectural sustainability. She sees the allure of architecture in its unique construction methods and the profound experiences and social value it creates.
