In the Da Hutong area, because of the influx of a large number of commercial activities and the bad living condition, a large number of original residents have been leaving, so the whole area has been gradually fading. The purpose of our urban design is to rejuvenate the region through the transformation and establishment of new urban transportation channels to improve the living condition and enhance the circulation of commerce.
As one of the most important points in urban design, a commercial complex located by the Haihe River has been designed as a building that not only has a close combination with the city in visual contact during the daytime but also can light up the city to stimulate the vitality of the community at night.
无边界 - 城市与商业综合体设计
在天津大胡同地区，由于大量商业活动的涌入和恶劣的居住条件，大量的原居民已经离开，整个区域已经逐渐衰落。我们城市设计的目的是通过改造并建立出新的城市交通渠道以改善居住环境, 增进商业流通, 来激活该地区。
位于海河边的商业综合体作为该城市设计中最重要的一环，做到了在白天紧密结合城市景观，且在夜晚照亮城市并激发社区活力。
